RJP has successfully overseen the approval of a planning application for the change of use from an office to residential accommodation with external alterations in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. The scheme will see a vacant office building transformed into a 4-storey townhouse located in the Stevenson Square Conservation Area.

The team at RJP have managed and worked alongside a team of specialists in air quality, energy and heritage. The proposed development has been designed to improve the functionality of the building whilst ensuring the exterior physical appearance will blend seamlessly with the surrounding conservation area. The team at RJP are thrilled with the outcome of the application and are excited to see the scheme become a reality.
