RJP provided planning support to MSA Architects in progressing an application to demolish the existing, unremarkable house and the replacement with a terrace of three new town houses on a site in Bowdon village, between Hale and Altrincham in Greater Manchester. RJP were pleased to assist in securing the redevelopment of the site with homes that will provide flexible accommodation suited to the needs of modern living.
