RJP has been supporting Countryside Properties with submission of a full planning application for 97 new homes on land north of Ribblesdale Avenue, in Accrington, Lancashire.
The site, currently vacant grassland, has been allocated for housing in Hyndburn Borough Council Local Plan. The 97 new homes, will be made up of a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached houses with parking, all set in high quality landscaped grounds.
The team has been working closely with the Local Planning Authority to ensure that a high quality and viable scheme is achieved. Our director, Ruth Jackson, said RJP is delighted to be working with Countryside Properties again, promoting much needed new homes in the North West.
