Tess joined RJP in 2018, having worked with Ruth previously in Arup’s planning, policy and economics team. Tess has worked as a consultant advising on development strategy for over 20 years, much of this based in the North West. She also has valuable experience in the public sector and worked ‘clientside’ with the Co-operative Estates.
Tess has a background in developing strategies for development and regeneration backed by economic and demographic evidence. More recently she has been promoting residential developments across various scales and locations, through the development plan process and via applications. She is an organised and analytical project manager skilled at co-ordinating multi-disciplinary team inputs.
Something interesting: Spurred on by her daughter, Tess has recently taken up tennis. While the primary aim is to inject some level of activity into life, Tess is also enjoying the wider social aspects, not least the opportunity to attend Wimbledon this summer.
