Director

Tess has advised on development strategy for over 25 years, much of this is based in the North West, and prior to this working in London. As well as her work as a consultant, she has valuable experience in the public sector and spent time with the Co-operative Estates team in Manchester.

Tess has a background in developing strategies for regeneration and investment backed by economic and demographic evidence, invaluable to infrastructure planning. More recently, she has been promoting residential schemes both large and small across the UK, through the development plan process and via applications. At RJP she is part of the advisory team for development of the Northern Powerhouse Rail programme and is expanding her experience into the realms of infrastructure consents. She is an organised and analytical project manager skilled at co-ordinating multi-disciplinary team inputs.

Something interesting: Like many people, during the Covid pandemic Tess has found solace in her garden and as a longstanding member is very much appreciating having the new local RHS garden at Bridgewater to support and find more inspiration.
