Tess has worked as a consultant advising on development strategy for over 25 years, much of this based in the North West, and prior to this working out of London. She has valuable experience in both the public sector and worked ‘clientside’ having spent time in with the Co-operative Estates team in Manchester.
Tess has a background in developing strategies for regeneration and investment backed by economic and demographic evidence, invaluable in infrastructure planning. More recently she has been promoting residential schemes both large and small across the UK, through the development plan process and via applications. She is an organised and analytical project manager skilled at co-ordinating multi-disciplinary team inputs.
Something interesting: Like many people, during the Covid pandemic Tess has found solace in her garden and as a longstanding member is very much appreciating having the new local RHS garden at Bridgewater to support and find more inspiration.
