RJP work with NCP on a regular basis, and have secured planning permission for 3 temporary car parks at various sites across Manchester’s City Centre. The sites are at Wilmott Street, Ducie Street and Store Street. We worked alongside other consultants, including engineers, lighting specialists, and architects, to co-ordinate applications. Fellow co-consultants include Drinkwater Architects, Curtins, and Cundalls.
The Wilmott Street car park will make good use of a currently vacant, previously developed site prior to it’s longer term residential use, and will be available to residents, workers, shoppers, and other visitors who wish to access Manchester City Centre.
We have renewed the temporary permission on both the Store Street and Ducie Street sites on multiple occasions.
