RJP is pleased to announce that, working with our client and their team, we have secured planning permission on behalf of Countryside Properties PLC for the development of 97 homes on a previously developed site in Accrington. The application was approved by Hyndburn Council on 11 November 2020 and the development will provide much needed family housing for purchase and for rent through Countryside’s partner Sigma.
We assisted in navigating through issues affecting the viability of the proposals and the potential for impacts on bio-diversity to help finally unlock development on this long-lasting allocation.
