During 2021, we opened out doors to two planning students to join our friendly team for a two week work experience placement.
The first student to join us in April 2021 was Ted Blackmore. Ted has since graduated from the University of Manchester, and is now working at the Planning Inspectorate’s Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects unit.
Stephen Curley was the second student for the University of Liverpool to join us in October. Stephen is an ambassador for Regeneration Brainery, encouraging young people to get involved in the property and regeneration sector.
We really valued having both Ted and Stephen on the team for their placements. They carried out a variety of tasks including project research, attending planning committees, and using the Planning Portal. It was a great opportunity for our own graduates to help share what they have learnt since finishing their studies.
