At RJP, we take pride in the work we produce and we value high-quality work. As planning consultants, we have to convey complicated messages to a variety of people, from a wide range of backgrounds.
This month, we attended a virtual training course with Helen Dibble from ‘Incredibble’. Helen is a professional copywriter who offers mentoring and coaching to businesses in the property sector. During the session, we discussed ways in which we can improve the way we communicate through writing. We identified the skills that individuals have, and discussed techniques that will help us utilise those skills to help us produce high-quality work.
