RJP is instructed to advise and progress an application for the redevelopment of a site in the Smithfield Conservation Area in the Northern Quarter of Manchester. Existing buildings on the site are not listed, but the impact of the proposals on the Conservation Area is a critical consideration. We are working with our client and their appointed team of architectural commercial and heritage advisors, to develop the scheme proposals and to manage negotiations with Manchester City Council.
