Associate Planner
Tillie is a chartered town planner. She has advised clients on development projects in the rail, healthcare, education, retail, and residential sectors. She has extensive experience in development strategy, co-ordinating planning application submissions, and carrying out public consultation on development proposals. Her strategic planning experience includes the preparation of infrastructure delivery plans and supporting examinations in public. Prior to moving to Manchester in 2015, she worked as a planner in upstate New York preparing strategic plans in collaboration with local governments.
