We are so proud to announce that we have two more promotions in the team! Tess Cook to Director and Tillie Baker to Associate.
Tess is consistently striving to empower and motivate the RJP team to embrace learning and effective management of projects and budgets. Her dependably high quality of work, backed by years of experience, combined with her capability when taking on new roles has made it possible for our practice to stabilise and mature. In recognition of Tess’ excellence we are delighted to announce her progression to Director alongside Ruth.
Tillie returned from maternity leave in May and is quickly adapting to life as a working mum. We continue to put challenging projects on her desk and are so pleased to see her commitment to learning and adapting to new challenges, whilst now also proving her abilities in a leadership role. We are proud to announce her new role of Associate Planner.
