RJP has once again secured permission to allow the continued operation of temporary car parks by NCP at Store Street, Manchester. RJP successfully argued for a longer duration for the consent while proposals linked to the HS2 terminal in the vicinity of the site are evolving.
RJP is pleased to advise that approval has been secured for advertising signage on behalf of Creamline Dairies. The application was made to Stockport Council and, following discussions regarding scale and appearance, was approved on the 21st August 2018.

RJP is delighted that a reserved matters planning application on behalf of Countryside Properties was approved by Knowsley council on the 18th April 2018. The application was for 140 units, including high quality open space. This scheme will deliver housing in an excellent location, close to Prescot town centre and public transport services.
